In my role as Vice President of Communications at the Ferris State University AMA Chapter, I designed and created email newsletters that were sent to our members. These newsletters provided updates on upcoming events, industry insights, and opportunities for members to get involved. My goal was to craft visually appealing, engaging, and informative newsletters that kept members connected and informed.
My Contributions:
Email Content Creation: Wrote and curated content for newsletters, including event promotions, member achievements, and marketing tips.
Email Design: Designed visually engaging newsletters using tools like Mailchimp and Wix, ensuring the content was easy to read and mobile-friendly.
Campaign Strategy: Worked with the AMA leadership team to determine the timing and frequency of newsletter campaigns, ensuring timely communication with our members.
Analytics & Optimization: Analyzed open rates, click-through rates, and other performance metrics to improve the effectiveness of future email campaigns.
